We recently completed a porch remodel in North Central Seattle that addressed significant safety and structural issues, including major wood rot, sinking concrete, and unsafe plywood decking. We opened up the porch for a more inviting view, replaced the old railings with custom baluster railings, and installed TimberTech Prime Plus decking in Sea Salt Gray. Additionally, we added a beautiful cedar soffit to complete the transformation, creating a durable and welcoming outdoor space with curb appeal where the homeowners look forward to sitting in their rocking chairs to enjoy the neighborhood.
